Tokio Hotel fans once again showed that they are the votingist, most loyal and ardent fans IN THE UNIVERSE! We won the O Music Awards on MTV! Here is the transcript from the video that was shown on the show… Bill: Hey you guys. It’s in the middle of the night. It’s super late, but we wanna do a quick shout out cause we just heard you won again! Tom: Yes! Bill: The MTV O Music awards for Best Fan Army! Tom: The Tom fans did it. BIll: That’s just incredible! Thank you so much. We are unbelievable proud to have you guys. You are officially the best fans in the world so thank you so much for voting. And this time we wanted to give you a special thank you. Per Eilverfahren erwirkten sie beim Landgericht Hamburg eine einstweilige Verfügung gegen ihn. Dem Kraftfahrer ging ein Gerichtsbeschluss zu, nach dem er sich nicht mehr öffentlich über seine berühmten Söhne äußern darf. Sonst droht eine hohe Geldstrafe oder sogar Gefängnis... „Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht von Bill und Tom“, sagt Papa Jörg zu BILD. „So geht man doch nicht mit dem eigenen Vater um. Sie hätten nur einmal anrufen müssen.“ Doch Bill und Tom riefen ihn angeblich nie an, erst meldete sich ein Anwalt und dann das Gericht. Laut Vater Jörg war das Verhältnis zu den Söhnen bis zu deren Umzug nach Los Angeles (Herbst 2010) völlig intakt, dann waren die Zwillinge für ihn nicht mehr erreichbar. Er machte sich Sorgen, sagte das auch. „Ich wollte doch nur, dass meine Jungs in Los Angeles nicht unter die Räder kommen und habe das laut ausgesprochen“, so der Kraftfahrer. Ein 13 Seiten langer Beschluss des Hamburger Gerichtes wurde ihm nun per Gerichtsvollzieher zugestellt. Er wird dagegen ankämpfen, muss also gegen seine Söhne vor Gericht. Papa Jörg: „Ich liebe meine Söhne über alles und das wird sich auch nicht ändern. Aber sie machen es mir wirklich schwer. Ich habe ihnen doch nichts getan. Ich will nur, dass wie früher zwischen uns alles gut ist.“
